The QC department armed with 108 well-trained and fully experienced staff, is implementing ISO9001 quality system throughout the whole production process. The strict quality control keeps POWERKINGDOM VRSLA batteries defect ratio lower than 10-PPM standard.

The qualified QC staff conduct their work throughout all the manufacturing process.

The Procedures/testing Details:
The raw materials are sent to the lab and testing room for analysis and strict inspection. We implement IPQC and LQC (Line QC) in production, we do 100% check and test and random check for the product performance. 100% of the finished products are strictly tested by automatic machines. Before packing, we stock the goods for a time for observing. And spot checking is conducted before delivery.
